Finding Your Splits - Front Splits & Leg Scales (online class)

Description:

In an effort to keep our circus community strong and keep everyone in it circus strong we will start offering training sessions using the ZOOM app. Private lessons are also available on request.

Tuesdays 5:30 - 6 pm

Wednesdays 6:30 - 7 pm
conditioning for aerialists and dancers

Thursdays 5:30 - 6 pm
finding your splits (middle splits & forward folds)

Fridays noon - 12:30 pm
contortion - back bends and shapes

When you register you will recieve a text with the meeting room code. Please register by midnight the day prior to the meeting. This is a recurring event, but if we do not get sign ups the day before the event will be cancelled. Let see what a strong community can do in 30 days and if we can all come out of this a little stronger and able to live a little more flexibly.
