Conditioning For Aerialists and Dancers
Description:
In an effort to keep our circus community strong and keep everyone in it circus strong we will start offering zoom training sessions. Private lessons are also available on request.
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6 pm
finding your splits (front splits & leg scales)
Wednesdays 6:30 - 7 pm
conditioning for aerialists and dancers
Thursdays 5:30 - 6 pm
finding your splits (middle splits & forward folds)
When you register you will recieve a text with the meeting room code. Please register by midnight the day prior to the meeting. This is a recurring event, but if we do not get sign ups the day before the event will be cancelled. Let see what a strong community can do in 30 days and if we can all come out of this a little stronger and able to live a little more flexibly.
