I originally started aerial when I was 16 and have been doing it weekly since I was 18. I started my aerial journey at The Last Carnival in 2017. I started with the aerial silks but have trained in aerial hammock, lyra, trapeze, lollipop, contortion, and some partner acrobatics. I am currently taking class for flying pole and I continue my training for aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze weekly in the advanced aerial classes here as well as explore invented apparatuses and act development during our weekly troupe training sessions.

I started learning aerial because I thought it would be fun and now I can’t imagine not doing aerial. It is definitely the most fun I’ve had working out and I’ve gotten a lot stronger doing aerial than I have doing any other form of exercise.
