Hi! I’m Cedriana and I am one of the aerial yoga instructors. A year into the pandemic I was in search of a creative and fun way to exercise and safely socialize, which led me to The Last Carnival. Soon, I found aerial a great way to relieve stress, build muscle and feel good in my body.
Since I was a kid, I’ve always needed fun and challenging ways to exercise – tumbling, dance, belly dancing, Pilates, yoga, pole fitness, and aerial arts. Currently I’m practicing advanced silks and aerial yoga; I find that silks and aerial yoga compliment each other, while the former gives a great aerial foundation, the latter provides conditioning, strength and flexibility trailing. I hope to provide a safe space for people to have fun, reach their aerial goals and feel grounded in their body.
